G.I.V.E. Relationship Tech Lab is the technology arm of the G.I.V.E. Relationship Intelligence Institute. We build technology that helps people form real, lasting relationships.
Relationships drive every opportunity in work and in life, yet the tools people rely on stop at the surface. They store a contact and do little else. The Lab was built to close that gap. We design and build applications that go past the first exchange, helping people connect with intent, follow through on what they said they would do, and keep the relationships that matter.

Charlie is the founder of the G.I.V.E. Relationship Intelligence Institute and its technology arm, the G.I.V.E. Relationship Tech Lab, where he designs and builds AI-powered applications that help people form real, lasting relationships. He is building and shipping product, with the G.I.V.E. Networking Assistant live and further tools in development.
The work comes from what he lived. Across more than four hundred networking events, Charlie saw what was broken. People were taught to be loud, to pitch, to collect contacts. It left many feeling they did not belong and made connection feel forced. He is a decades-long entrepreneur across many industries, the author of "Connections that Count: The Art of Authentic Networking", and the developer of the G.I.V.E. model: Genuine Interest, Initiate Connection, Value Add, Engage Authentically. Known as The Godfather of Networking, he wrote the book to fix the thinking. Now he is building the technology that turns that thinking into daily practice.

The G.I.V.E. Networking Assistant is a live, AI-powered coaching app that turns the G.I.V.E. model into daily practice. It tailors itself to the user, whether scholar, student, entrepreneur or seasoned professional, and puts them through real world scenarios.
People read books on how to build relationships, but a book alone cannot build a habit. You finish the last page knowing what to do, and still go out and do it the old way. Reading is not practice. The Assistant closes that gap.
Each day it presents a short scenario and asks the user how they would respond. An AI coach then works with them one on one, challenging their instincts, pushing past the easy answer, and guiding them toward a more authentic way of connecting. Over time those daily reps form the habits that make genuine networking second nature.
